It’s About Curiosity

It tends to bring weariness when experiencing talk about this being the final life. There’s no need for coming back.

Like there’s nothing that still needs to be corrected, improved, or unlearned.

One can be kind and thoughtful, but still carry behaviors that were born from wounds and not wisdom.

Growth isn’t about shame. It’s about curiosity.

It’s about asking, “Where did I learn to react like this, and does it still serve who I am becoming?”

You don’t have to hate yourself to hold yourself accountable. You just have to care enough not to cause harm, even unintentionally.

Healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s the silent decision to pause before you defend yourself.

To ask yourself a hard question before you assume. To look at your patterns and not just your intentions.

It’s not about being perfect.

It’s about being honest.

And that kind of honesty… that’ the kind to be trusted.

In Love and Light,

Steve
