One of the roots of our suffering is the obsession with how others interpret our reflection. Their perception of you is not your responsibility. It’s their projection of themselves.

You’re not here to contort your truth into suffering to make others comfortable. You’re not here to explain your humanity to others who are committed to misunderstanding it.

Moods? You mean emotions? Anger, joy, grief, confusion… that’s not instability. That’s being alive. That’s living life experinces!

We walk around like we owe the world a flawless performance, but the world never paid for the ticket.

You do not have to set yourself on fire to light up someone else’s illusion of you.

Let them talk. Let them write. Let them guess.

Just don’t let them make you forget…

You’re allowed to be real. You’re allowed to be authentic.

You’re not here to fix their story about you.

You’re here to live your truth… loud, flawed and free!
